Process Overview

Our process begins with an incoming “requirement”. We review the requirement, noting the skills, experience, and duration of project, location and a myriad of other factors. We input the requirement into our proprietary database which then cross matches the requirement with our available personnel to determine the “best fit”.

Our team then contacts the consultant to review the requirement with them, discussing the various details and ensuring that if they were to be awarded the project that they would be ready, willing and able to take on the work. We then proceed to evaluate them including the completion of skills assessment tests that are relevant to the top required skills, technical interviews to ensure depth and breadth of experience/expertise, communication skills, checking of references, etc…  Once our internal review process is complete – only then is the candidates resume submitted to your for your review.

Assuming the resume we submit meets your standards, an initial telephone interview is scheduled with the consultant. During this initial interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss the project with the consultant, ask questions about previous projects/experience, educational credentials, certifications, etc… as well as evaluate the consultant’s communications skills and any other factors you deem important. In some instances, an inperson interview is required. In that event, our Placement Executive team will work with you to arrange the details

Upon completion of the interview process, our Placement Executive will work with you to finalize the details of the placement which will include all necessary paperwork, travel arrangements, confirmation of the project start date, etc…
