We know that there is an “institutional bias” towards distrust within the industry between the consultants and the staffing firms that represent them. Consultants feel that they have to protect their own interests and are hesitant to trust the firm that represents them to treat them honorably and fairly. WebZion is committed to breaking down the barriers of mistrust at every level and we are committed to taking bold, aggressive steps towards earning that trust with each consultant we encounter.
At the heart of this initiative is the belief that the consultant is the most important asset we possess, and should be treated and compensated as such. Our compensation structure is designed with the needs of our consultants in mind. Yes, we have to make a profit to stay in business. Yes, we have to have enough revenue to pay our overhead and various expenses. But, there is no valid reason why the consultant should do all the work, and the staffing firm makes all the money. We believe the benefits should be shared.
By paying a higher percentage of the bill rate to our consultants, we are able to attract and retain the “best of the best” as well as maintaining an incredibly deep “bench” of qualified consultants that wish to become full time employees or 1099 contractors
